Consulting without the adequate amount of training in the process of change and optimization does not succeed. Due to my educational background I am highly qualified in training which is underlined by customer evaluations.
My training has been evaluated by more than 12.000 students with an average of 9.9994 on a 10-point-scale and the percentage of satisfied clients have been 100%.

Leadership, Soft & Business Skills

Even the best project or process of change does not lead to success when a lack of leadership skills destroy the work which has been done before. Leading and Motivation is the key skill to sustainable success in business. The right concept to develop your staff adequate to you need will decide about your competitive performance.
Since numerous years I am working in international management business affairs. I have built up an own enterprise in a very competitive market up to the point where we dominated this market completely. Moreover I have been a referee in pro leagues for years. This experience makes me able to take the right decision even in critical situations.
MY knowledge about the soft and business skill (e.g. Project management, time management, process and change management, Train-The-Trainer classes) as well as my knowledge of international Best Practices (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, numerous accreditations by the federal state of Germany and the European Union) make me able to reach the set goal and let the company perform better than before.

Sales & Marketing

Products as well as changes will not be accepted just due to their existence. Since numerous years I am working for very sales-oriented/marketing-oriented enterprises. The interaction in different competitve and volatile markets is more than known to me.

IT

Besides my accreditation by the federal state of Germany and the European Union I hold numerous certifications. In all project I have been part in I was able to show my intensive experience in this area. The main focus of my training is always centered on a maximum of practice-orientation which eliminates the risk of getting only theoretical knowledge.

Franchising

The method of franchising is a meanwhile well-established way to realize company growth. I work for a worldwide franchisor since numerous years now and have been a successful franchisee myself before. Now I am the manager for training, operations and sales for the worldwide largest Microsoft Gold Partner. The markets are more competetive than they have been a couple of years ago.
Due to this fact it is even more important to chose the right franchisee and support them by making them able to suceed.
