Booking / Registration
----------------------
Booking or registration must be done in written form (post, fax, e-mail) and must be confirmed by Niels Brabandt before they take effect.
Customers are served by the principle of "first come first serve". Any confirmed booking or registration confirms that the General Terms and Conditions have been accepted.
Cancellation
------------
Cancellation has to be done in a written way (post, fax, e-mail). 14 days prior to booking no fees will be charged. Any cancellation later than 14 days before means that the full amount has to be paid.
Charges
-------
Gebühren werden vor Auftragserteilung schriftlich festgehalten. Mit Auftragserteilung erklärt sich der Auftragnehmer mit den festgelegten Gebühren einverstanden.
Invoicing
---------
Invoicing is done directly when confirmation of booking has been received. Any invoice has to be paid within 14 calendar days after invoicing date or earlier.
The amount of payment may not be changed without written agreement of Niels Brabandt.
Any additional expenses due to late or wrong payment must be paid by the client according to §288 BGB, §497 Abs.1 Satz 2 BGB, §§ 104, 688 II Nr. 1 ZPO, BGB§13, HGB §43 (1) sowie Nr 2400 VV RVG.
Any business delivered refers to the law of the federal republic of Germany.
Responsibilities
----------------
Chosen Topics to be delivered and the area/location of training are responsibilities of the client.
Copyright
---------
Courseware used in or after training may not be copied or duplicated in any way without written permission of Niels Brabandt. Any violation will be persecuted and will be charged to the client.
Liability
---------
In case of a cancellation for whatever reason Niels Brabandt does not take liability for any form of compensation.
Miscellaneous
-------------
With these General Terms and Conditions any older version does not apply any further. And discounts or similar do only apply when any payment within the last 48 months has been without any delays.
